Soms ben ik toch zo jaloers op ons pluizig vriendje! Ik loop hier heel de dag te poetsen, maar Hobbes heeft een veel aangenamere bezigheid hoor:

Ik heb trouwens ook nog gescrapt dit weekend, maar beide LO's zijn voor een secret scraplift, dus ik kan ze nog niet laten zien ;-)

Ik kreeg een award van Samantha vandaag. Zij woont in het verre Australie, en is DT-lid van Kaiserkraft! We hebben elkaar nog nooit gezien, maar maakten kennis via Facebook :-) Ze maakt hele mooi layouts, kijk zeker eens op haar blog!

verjaardagskaartje/birthday card

Deze kaart maakte ik voor m'n lieve vriendin Gitte die zondag jarig was. Vandaag zijn we lekker gaan eten en hebben we weer gezellig bijgekletst, heb er deugd van gehad :-)

Ik heb de stempel deze keer ingekleurd met aquarelpotloden en waterpenseel, en dat was heel leuk om te doen, en een mooi resultaat (in het echt veel mooier dan op de foto ;-) )

This card I've made for my nice friend Gitte who's birthday was last Sunday. Today we went for dinner together, and had a nice catch-up chat :-)
I've user for the first time aquarel pencils and a water pen, and it was fun to use and a nice result (in real much nicer then on the picture ;-) )

Beetje gek doen voor de spiegel mag soms ook toch :) Klinkt wss heel raar, maar ik had echt fun :D

Acting crazy before the mirror is sometimes allowed, no? Sounds probably very strange, but I had so much fun :D




We zijn dit weekend ook naar Center Parks geweest, was een zalig weekendje! Samen met m'n ouders en broer. Vrijdag lekker relaxed bbq, zaterdag gaan quad-rijden, helemaal geweldig! (en als enige vrouw in het gezelschap kon ik toch vlotjes volgen :) ) En zondag echt een lazy sunday, het was zaaaalig weer, de hele tijd rustig buiten geweest, in het groen, tussen de eendjes, eekhoorntjes en vogeltjes.

This weekend we went to Center Parks, lovely weekend! Together with my parents and brother. Friday a relaxed bbq, saturday we went quad-driving, totally cool!! (and as only girl in the group, I was able to follow nicely all the time :) ) And sunday was really a lazy sunday, all day outside, between the ducks, squirrels and birdies.






oh, en dan heb ik vandaag ook nog 2 nieuwe stempeltjes binnengekregen, laat de kindjes nu maar geboren worden!

Oh, and today I received 2 new stamps, let the kids arrive now! ;-)





En ja Pieter, ik denk nog steeds dat het een meisje wordt ;-p (en nee, ik ben niet nieuwsgierig hoor...JAWEL!!!)

fotosalon

Op zaterdag 16 mei en zondag 17 mei gaat het 3de fotosalon door van DFT. Iedereen welkom natuurlijk!! Alhoewel ik vind dat ik toch nog maar een groentje ben, heb ik op aanmoediging van de andere leden toch een foto laten afmaken die ik zal binnenleveren voor het salon. Hopelijk val ik niet te hard uit te toon, aangezien ik toch nog maar enkele maandjes geleden de wereld van de fotografie heb ontdekt...

On Saturday May 16, and Sunday May 17, the 3rd photosalon of DFT is taking place. Everybody is welcome of course! Although I think I'm still too beginner, I did prepare a photo to show, because the other members encouraged me to do so. Hopefully it's not too bad, since it's only a few months ago I discovered the world of photography...
